Privacy policy

LJT Electrical Air & Solar Pty Ltd, trading as Vogue Services Group ("we", "us"), is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy covers personal information collected through voguesg.com.au.

What we collect

When you use an enquiry form we collect the details you enter: typically your name, phone number, email address, suburb, property or agency details and your message. Our website host (Netlify) processes form submissions on our behalf. We do not collect payment details through this site.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, quote and book work, deliver and invoice the services you ask for, and keep compliance records we are required to keep (for example smoke alarm test records for rental properties). We do not sell personal information and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Analytics and third parties

This site may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it; the data is aggregated and does not identify you to us. Customer reviews shown on the site are displayed through Trustindex from our public Google Business Profile. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored in our form host and our office systems in Australia and overseas data centres operated by our providers. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Access and corrections

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email service@voguesg.com.au or call 07 3108 4872.
